 Bathroom LightingBathroom lighting has to provide illumination for a variety of activities. Lighting used in the bathroom varies depending on the size of the bathroom. In smaller bathrooms, such as powder rooms, one bar bathroom light or a set of wall sconces will provide enough lighting for the whole bathromm. In larger bathrooms, a variety of general and task lighting is needed. Recessed lighting is often used to provide general lighting in the main areas and in the shower. Other bar lights and wall sconces provide task lighting over the bathroom vanity.
